TERMS & CONDITIONS + PRIVACY POLICY

SERVICES PROVIDED

The stylist will provide hair styling services for the bride, including an initial consultation (in person or via video chat), a trial session (if applicable), and on-the-day styling. Additional services, such as the provision of hair accessories, cutting, or extensions, will be provided as agreed upon in the contract.

PRICING & PAYMENT

The total cost for the services will be outlined in the contract and includes all agreed services. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due no later than 14 days before the event. Payment is to be made via Internet banking to the following account:

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

90 days or more before the event: Full refund of any payments made, minus the deposit.

30-89 days before the event: 50% refund of any payments made, minus the deposit.

Less than 30 days before the event: The deposit is non-refundable.

Any changes to your booking (e.g., time, location, or services) must be made at least 7 days in advance.

LIABILITY & INSURANCE

The stylist will take every precaution to provide a safe and professional service. However, the stylist is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during or as a result of the service. The stylist holds professional liability insurance for any incidents that may arise during the course of the service.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client agrees to:

Provide a suitable space for the services (including access to power if required).

Arrive on time for all appointments.

Follow the preparation guidelines provided by the stylist to ensure optimal results.

CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

The stylist agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal information shared by the client. Any media (photos or videos) captured during the service will not be shared without the client's express permission.
